We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with recent hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM), specifically on the Yokohama release. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our hardware asset lifecycle processes and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support recent ServiceNow HAM implementation efforts, including configuration, customization, and deployment on the Yokohama release.
  • Design and develop HAM workflows, business rules, and integrations to support hardware lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across the CMDB and HAM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM functionality, performance, and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform enhancements, especially those introduced in the Yokohama release.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management.
  • Proven track record of recent HAM implementation on the Yokohama release.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integration with third-party asset tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; HAM certification strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of software asset management (SAM) and IT operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
