Mandatory Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience that occurred in the last ten (10) years providing IV&V services based on IEEE Standard 1012 to a government entity.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience that occurred in the last five (5) years working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.
Must have performed SaaS Implementation oversight activities for a minimum of one (1) year duration on at least three (3) projects in the past seven (7) years.
Must possess an IT related bachelor's degree.
Must possess a Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
Desired Qualifications:
Possesses a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
Possesses a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Possesses an ITIL certification.
Possesses certification in one or more cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Education: Each proposed Key Staff must possess an IT related bachelor's degree.
