About the Role:

A Project Consultant with our firm will work on a team and be assigned to a project to work at one of our client locations and benefit from the extensive experience of the members. You will learn the needed skill sets and business techniques required to be successful in our business as a business architect and change practitioner that brings the right solutions to each project. The specific position responsibilities are within the scope of project management which relates to work flow analysis, planning, change process and systems implementation. We work closely with our clients in a partnership to achieve measurable results in process flow, productivity improvement as well as performance management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management or consulting within the manufacturing, mining, or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience working with clients across multiple states and managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
