- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Day shift and night shift each schedule themselves and give balanced schedule to the manager. If its not balanced the manager will balance it
Weekend Requirements 3 weekends in a 6 week schedule
Holiday Requirements rotating schedule in unit. We are assigned holidays for the year
Is there a call or standby requirement? everyone takes their turn on call per census
Floating Requirements? we try and help the other departments when we are empty; If an extreme need could float within Zone 1: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, STM
Scrub Color/Dress code provided - blue scrubs
