Job description

Endurance IT Services is seeking Information Technology Technicians to support technology operations for a large, mission‑critical environment. This role is hands‑on and focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting IT infrastructure, networks, and end‑user technology in a 24/7 operational setting.

Overview
  • Install, configure, administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network, wireless, handheld, and video camera equipment
  • Provide technical support to employees and internal customers, resolving basic to complex technology issues
  • Ensure reliable day‑to‑day operation of applications, systems, and IT equipment
  • Support corporate meetings and media events with on‑site technology assistance
  • Deploy, maintain, and support computers, printers, and other IT hardware
  • Install, maintain, and repair network equipment, fiber and communication lines, video cameras, wireless access points, security systems, operational kiosks, and OCR portal equipment
  • Analyze technical issues using observation, testing, and product knowledge; recommend repair or replacement of faulty equipment
  • Maintain internal network cabling including fiber, CAT 5/6, and patch cables with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Complete service reports, repair logs, and required documentation accurately and on time
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to meet shifting business needs while maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Follow established procedures and stay current on relevant IT technologies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
This role supports a 24‑hour, 7‑day‑a‑week operation. Schedule and work location may vary based on operational needs.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required
  • 3+ years of related IT, networking, or help desk experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to operate company vehicles confidently and safely
