Currently, we have an opening for an IT Technician for our direct client, Location -Remote (Orlando, FL). The position details are given below. If you are interested, please email me or call me.

Job Details:

Title: IT Technician

Duration: 6 Months

Location: This is a full-time remote position Monday through Friday EST, not to exceed 40 hours per week. Candidate must reside within 49 miles of the Orlando headquarters.

The Client Technologies Technician provides 2nd-tier support and configuration for proprietary applications with the organization. Specifically, the Client Technologies Technician implements and supports technology systems for client stakeholders business applications. The Client Technologies Technician is required to work in a team setting and meet weekly with their supervisor in the Information Technology (IT) department.

Essential Position Functions:

  • Provide setup and configuration of applications
  • Provide 2nd-tier support for business applications within the enterprise
  • Interact with other departments, groups, and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced
  • Investigate the performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies
  • Knowledge of installing applications
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in software and application delivery and support.
  • Associate's or Bachelor s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
  • Basic command prompt knowledge for troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Intune.
  • Understanding of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Comfortable with collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
