Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Tech Lead | Architect to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale technology solutions across modern cloud-native and distributed application environments. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end solution architectures, leading modernization initiatives, driving enterprise architecture standards, and providing technical leadership for mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, enterprise integrations, modern application development, and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Architect and deliver cloud-native, API-driven, event-driven, and microservices-based applications.
• Lead application modernization initiatives supporting both new application development and legacy modernization.
• Define solution roadmaps that support incremental modernization, continuous delivery, and business capability evolution.
• Design reusable architecture patterns, shared services, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Principal Architects to align technology strategies across business domains.
• Promote secure-by-design architecture principles, data privacy, and enterprise security best practices.
• Design enterprise data models and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data architecture.
• Develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft, Kafka, ESB, APIs, and messaging technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to support innovation.
• Analyze infrastructure, platform, and application capacity while recommending improvements and technical debt remediation strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution governance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary technical owner for mission-critical applications, including L3/L4 production support and root cause analysis.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and enterprise alignment.
• Enforce architecture, security, compliance, and software development standards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or System Architecture within large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and/or Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, Amazon S3, DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, and related services.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Kafka, ESB, and API platforms.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, database design, normalization, and SQL.
• Experience implementing secure system design, data privacy, encryption, identity management, and access controls.
• Experience using software development tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio, Git, and Draw.io.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted or agentic AI frameworks for software development and workflow automation.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and influencing enterprise architecture decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native applications on AWS.
