We're looking for a hands-on, service-oriented IT Systems Administrator who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and helping technology run smoothly across both office and field environments.

What You'll Do Tier 1 & Tier 2 Technical Support
  • Be the first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Install and configure software for team members across the organization.
  • Document issues, solutions, and processes in our ticketing system.
Advanced Technical Support & Infrastructure
  • Assist with diagnosing network and infrastructure issues including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and remote connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot network hardware, access points, and connectivity outages.
  • Support remote users and multiple operational sites.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated technical issues.
Field Technology & Operations
  • Help deploy and maintain IT systems across office and farm operations.
  • Configure and support IP cameras and monitoring systems.
  • Assist with network upgrades, expansions, and new site deployments.
  • Ensure secure and reliable access to systems and applications.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations.
  • Follow IT security best practices and maintain device access controls.
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory and system documentation.
  • Provide training and support for new employees and system updates.
  • Participate in limited scheduled after-hours/on-call support.
What We're Looking For Experience & Skills
  • 35+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and business applications.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and access points.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work early shift schedules reliably.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
  • Familiarity with UniFi systems.
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience with IP cameras and physical security systems.
  • Experience using TeamViewer, Dameware, RDP, or similar remote support tools.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.
Work Environment
  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat and cold.
  • Travel up to 30% may be required.
  • Position may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
