Job Summary:

Entech's System / Network Support Specialists are responsible for supporting small and medium scale business networks in and around the southeast area. The Specialist will work with other departments to deliver comprehensive IT solutions. This position requires a mastery of customer service and IT technical knowledge/skills. Entech supports clients in many different industries and the demands of each are unique.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Client visits to perform proactive and reactive network support services
  • Support of a wide range of clients using the latest and most secure support tools
  • Independently resolve escalated tickets in a timely manner
  • Assist in IT projects
  • Server / Networking configuration, maintenance, and issue resolutions
  • Solution generation for IT needs in a wide range of industries
  • Help manage Backup, Security, and other IT solution tools


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in MS Server
  • Knowledge and experience in VMWARE environments
  • Mastery of desktop support and ability to knowledge share with other team members
  • Awesome customer service service and phone skills
  • Love for technology and IT solutions
  • Multi-Year Professional Work History in IT field
  • A+, Net+, Server+ Preferred
  • Security+ Project+, VMWARE, Microsoft Certification(s) Preferred
  • College Degree Preferred
