Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support within a fast-paced professional services environment. This role will serve as the primary local IT contact while supporting users across multiple office locations and collaborating with global IT teams.
Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive IT support for users across multiple office locations
  • Manage incidents and service requests through full resolution while meeting SLA expectations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, printers, smartphones, and peripheral devices
  • Support workstation setups, office moves, and equipment replacements
  • Assist with AV support and video conferencing technologies
  • Maintain asset tracking and inventory records
  • Collaborate with international IT support teams and contribute to process improvements
  • Document technical solutions and identify recurring support issues
  • Provide high-touch support to business users and senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT Service Desk or Desktop Support experience
  • Experience supporting users in professional services or enterprise environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Word
