Job Description

The Student Assistant will support the Analytics Center of Excellence Department by assisting with data collection, analysis, and project work. This part-time role provides clerical, project, and data management support across a variety of departmental initiatives, including quality improvement, process improvement, patient satisfaction, utilization management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities include developing data collection tools and survey instruments, performing database entry, conducting research and benchmarking, and utilizing statistical tools to analyze hospital and comparative data. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, supporting project design and management, and completing general clerical tasks.

This position offers the opportunity to apply creative thinking in data visualization and dashboard development in support of the Wexner Medical Center's mission and vision. Attention to detail is essential, as the Student Assistant will be handling confidential information.
