We’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive the growth of our Custom Development and Digital Transformation services. This is a key role within a dynamic VAR/MSP environment, focused on uncovering new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and providing enterprise clients with high-value, consultative technology solutions.

If you're a strategic seller with a background in application development, solution-based selling, or digital transformation consulting—this is the opportunity to bring your expertise to a team that delivers both innovation and execution at scale.


What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery to solution presentation, proposal development, and closing.
  • Sell a robust portfolio of services including:
  • Custom Software & Application Development
  • Workflow Optimization & Business Process Automation
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting Solutions
  • Staff Augmentation & Technical Resource Consulting
  • Conduct executive-level engagements with CIOs, CTOs, Line-of-Business leaders, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solution roadmaps that align with business outcomes and technology strategies.
  • Leverage internal pre-sales engineers, project leads, and delivery teams to create compelling, client-ready deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and exceed an annual sales target of $2M+ in new and recurring revenue.
  • Nurture and grow existing house accounts, maximizing client lifetime value through relationship expansion and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of success in consultative B2B sales within IT services, custom development, or digital transformation—ideally at a VAR, MSP, digital agency, or technology integrator.
  • Proven track record selling to senior IT and business executives (CIO, CTO, COO, CMO) with a focus on value, ROI, and business alignment.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud architectures, integration platforms, and agile delivery models.
  • Experience with solution selling in areas such as custom apps, business intelligence, workflow automation, or technical staffing.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to uncover pain points, influence key decision-makers, and drive complex enterprise deals to closure.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting best practices.
