Job description

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure to support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, resolving technical issues, and optimizing performance across cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and support Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for infrastructure, application, and service-related issues
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions
Assist with Azure deployments, configurations, and migrations
Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance within Azure environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
Support automation efforts using scripting tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or cloud operations
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, Azure AD, networking, storage, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
