Our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP) is carefully crafted for entry-level IT / Digital Technology specialists (0-2 years of experience). The CDP provides an opportunity to gain technical experience and network with professionals in various areas of our IT/DT organization. The program consists of three, 12-month rotations that can include but are not limited to technical assignments in areas such as:
  • Digital Enterprise Systems and Software Development

  • Infrastructure Services

  • Information Security

  • Data Analytics

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology, and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.

  • Strong academic performance; minimum GPA 3.0.

  • Relevant work experience (co-ops or internships) and involvement in campus activities.
