As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' concerns, challenges, and therapeutic requirements.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessments, setting clear therapeutic goals aligned with clients' aspirations.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions, utilizing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices to facilitate personal growth.
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Provide teletherapy options, utilizing secure platforms to maintain accessibility for clients with diverse needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all sessions to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in supporting individuals from different backgrounds and life stages, providing a safe space for healing and growth. By tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs, you will contribute directly to their recovery and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid state license as either LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective and empathetic interactions with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental nature to build supportive therapeutic relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to balance client caseloads efficiently.

Experience in a community health setting or private practice is preferred but not required. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and previous work with marginalized populations will be advantageous as you strive to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we provide an array of benefits including:
