• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs, collaborating with the clinical team to determine appropriate recommendations for further services.
• Identify and refer clients to additional levels of care, including community-based self-help programs and other relevant social or human services, as necessary.
• Engage in regular meetings with leadership to highlight ongoing clinical issues, discuss case management, and address any staffing concerns.
• Supervise the daily activities of behavioral health therapists, providing guidance and support while implementing performance reviews and adhering to organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate records of clinical productivity, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Actively participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center, you will work with a wide array of clients facing behavioral and psychiatric conditions. These individuals may come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and your role will be integral in guiding them towards recovery and improved mental health. Your efforts will directly impact their quality of life and overall recovery journey.

• A master’s degree in social work is required, along with a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• A solid foundation in behavioral and psychiatric care is critical; therefore, applicants must have a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience working in a medical setting, such as primary or specialty care, is highly preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with healthcare professionals, social service providers, and clients.

• Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating various behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
• Previous experience in community health settings or outpatient clinics is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to all CHDC sites for meetings, training retreats, and outreach functions as needed.
