  • Adapt Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Deliver clear, concise reporting and presentations to leadership
  • Contribute to the continued growth and maturity of the PMO

  • Become a trusted project leader who stakeholders actively seek out for new initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology projects
  • Proven success managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
  • Experience developing estimates, forecasts, and tracking project financials
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and professional services engagements
  • Experience working within a PMO environment
  • Strong proficiency with Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other project delivery tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience supporting AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
  • Experience with Workfront or enterprise portfolio management tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior Project Manager who combines strong delivery discipline with excellent executive presence.

You are someone who:
