We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise IT project management, Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments, documentation management, Jira/ServiceNow tracking, stakeholder communication, and process improvement, with a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions that support organizational efficiency and innovation.


Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite weekly; Local candidates only)
Duration: 6 Months+

Job Description:

Under broad supervision, the IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple technical projects through their full lifecycle—from definition through implementation. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail while working across engineering teams, vendors, and internal project managers.

The IT PM will assist with process improvement, documentation management, risk identification, tools usage (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Project Online), and ensuring consistent project tracking. The candidate must be capable of running large projects with minimal oversight and be comfortable working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall organizational model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects through full lifecycle while ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, engineering groups, and vendors to maintain continuous alignment and communication.
  • Apply Agile, Kanban, and Scrum practices while supporting Waterfall schedules in a hybrid environment.
  • Develop project charters, kickoff decks, communication plans, and documentation.
  • Maintain dashboards, project boards, and status updates using Jira, ServiceNow, and other PM tools.
  • Facilitate routine meetings and ceremonies, documenting and tracking action items.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and process inefficiencies; escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Produce, maintain, archive, and update project documentation.
  • Utilize Outlook scheduling features and ensure effective communication channels for project teams.
  • Generate detailed meeting notes to support management decision-making.
  • Reinforce organizational priorities, policies, and best practices across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of IT project management in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and documentation experience.
  • Experience extracting scope from contractual documents.
  • Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, and Project Online.
