Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead complex technology initiatives and ensure IT delivery remains aligned with business needs. This role requires strong experience in program delivery, Agile project management, Scrum Master responsibilities, release coordination, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment and will be comfortable working with ambiguity, driving decisions, and communicating effectively with technical teams, product teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional delivery of technology projects and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Manage projects from concept through implementation.
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile delivery activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex projects into prioritized plans.
  • Track project status, progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
  • Provide clear visibility to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and project risks.
