IT Project Manager
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects that support business operations and organizational goals. This role is ideal for a project management professional with experience working across business and IT teams, supporting software development initiatives, managing timelines and risks, and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with technical teams, business users, and leadership to keep projects moving forward.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate IT projects from planning through delivery.
  • Help define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and support project execution.
  • Assist with identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support software development project activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, release coordination, and deployment.
  • Help ensure project tasks are completed on time and aligned with business needs.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams, business partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Support process improvements that improve efficiency, performance, and project outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting IT, software development, business applications, or technology-related projects.
  • Understanding of project management practices, project lifecycle, requirements, risks, and status reporting.
  • Experience coordinating work across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to communicate project updates, issues, and next steps clearly.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Preferences
  • PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, release coordination, or deployment support.
