Summary

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, with a focus on contact center and CRM technologies such as Genesys, Salesforce Service Cloud, and SAP C4C. This role requires strong project management expertise to manage scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring successful project delivery within budget and quality standards. The position is fully onsite and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

6–9 years of experience in IT Project Management. Strong experience managing end-to-end IT projects.

Expertise in Genesys Contact Center platforms. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (3–5 years).

Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) (3–5 years). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.

Strong problem-solving and risk management skills. Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Santa Clara, CA.
