Job Title: IT Project Manager / Software Project Manager (Cloud & Data Migration)
Location: Manhattan, NY (Onsite Once or Twice per Month)

Job Summary
We are hiring for two Project Management openings focused on IT / Software Project Management and Cloud & Data Migration initiatives. The ideal candidates will have strong experience leading enterprise technology projects, software implementations, cloud transformation, and data migration efforts while managing timelines, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and technical delivery teams.
This role requires an experienced Project Manager who can drive end-to-end execution of software and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring successful planning, migration, deployment, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end IT, software, cloud, and data migration projects from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
* Drive cloud transformation and data migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
* Coordinate with application development, infrastructure, cloud, data engineering, business, QA, security, and operations teams.
* Facilitate project governance, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and status tracking.
* Gather business and technical requirements and convert them into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
* Oversee migration planning, cutover execution, release planning, testing coordination, and stabilization activities.
* Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
* Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, compliance, governance, security, and operational readiness.
* Support issue resolution, escalation management, post-deployment validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Software Project Management
* Strong experience managing software implementation, IT transformation, cloud migration, and/or data migration projects
* Experience with Cloud and Data Migration initiatives in enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred
* Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, Confluence, or equivalent
* Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Excellent communication, reporting, leadership, and organizational skills
