We are seeking a Construction IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting new construction, facility expansions, office renovations, manufacturing sites, and retail buildouts. In this role, you'll collaborate with construction teams, contractors, engineers, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure is delivered seamlessly from project kickoff through completion.

What You'll Do
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects for new construction, remodels, office relocations, and facility expansions.
  • Coordinate with construction managers, architects, general contractors, low-voltage contractors, and IT teams to deliver technology solutions on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage installation of network infrastructure, structured cabling, MDF/IDF buildouts, wireless networks, telecommunications, and server room technologies.
  • Oversee deployment of access control, badging systems, surveillance cameras, and physical security solutions.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support facility technology upgrades and modernization initiatives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and change requests while driving successful project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through infrastructure upgrades, ERP implementations, and enterprise technology deployments.
  • Provide executive-level project reporting and ensure alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Experience supporting construction projects, facility buildouts, manufacturing environments, or corporate infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, and physical security systems.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
