We are currently seeking a an experienced, results-driven IT Project Manager. This is a long term contract hybrid position (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site) This full-time position offers competitive pay, full benefits (medical, dental, and vision), 401k, and more!


Responsibilities:

  • lead a critical, net-new PowerPlan implementation project
  • Own the end-to-end execution of the project plan, manage multi-vendor environments, and act as the central point of contact for senior leadership
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of the overall PowerPlan implementation project plan, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Act as the primary liaison and coordinator across multiple external vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Actively manage and track the project budget, identifying risks and variance early.
  • Deliver clear, concise project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain weekly scorecards, status updates, and health dashboards to keep all teams aligned.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant IT project management experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT or relevant field of study
  • Background working within the Energy or Utilities sector is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of owning large-scale software or ERP implementation project plans from inception to deployment.
  • Proficiency with standard PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and executive reporting frameworks (scorecards, KPIs).
