Overview
Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $105,000-$140,000/yr DOE
The IT Project Manager will plan and manage projects across IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Business Intelligence. This position will coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to deliver projects within the approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Develop project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities across Infrastructure, Applications, BI, cybersecurity, and business teams.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and required decisions to leadership.
  • Manage project scope and follow established change-control processes.
  • Coordinate vendors and consultants and track their schedules, costs, commitments, and deliverables.
  • Support statements of work, purchase orders, invoice reviews, and vendor-performance monitoring.
  • Ensure projects follow IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, documentation, and change-management requirements.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and support the transition of completed projects to operational teams.
  • Assist IT leadership with project prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or a similar certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN or Deltek Costpoint.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Cognos, SQL, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
  • Understanding of ITAR, CMMC, cybersecurity, and formal change-control requirements.
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams and external consulting partners.
