Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrating Current and Future Efforts: Lead the integration of current and future efforts, ensuring smooth coordination across different technical teams and program initiatives
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the liaison on technical matters between Sponsor leadership and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating Cross-team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among multi-technical disciplines (data, development, and infrastructure) and Sponsor teams, ensuring that projects align with the Sponsor's long-term goals and technological standards and ensure seamless project integration
  • Providing Updates and Solutions: Communicate project updates, technical challenges, and solution strategies to government leadership and stakeholders, to enable transparency and effective decision-making
  • Prioritizing Efforts: Assist Sponsor executive team in prioritizing efforts, managing schedules, and making informed business decisions related to maritime technology projects
  • Infrastructure and Exploitation Platforms: Planning and managing multiple projects involving Sponsor infrastructure and exploitation platforms
  • Data Collection: Collect, organize, or create program artifacts, in support of the Sponsor's data collection requirements
  • Process Improvement: Improving existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and work to ensure timely project completion
  • Evolving Mission Priorities: Managing evolving mission priorities for current technologies, including adapting to changes in mission needs
  • Presentations: Coordinate the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years
  • Cost and Schedule Performance: Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for a program for all technical, cost and schedule performance matters and issues
  • Program Daily Operations: Demonstrated experience overseeing daily operations for a program
  • Oversight and Reviewing Program Personnel: Demonstrated experience managing assigning, providing oversight and reviewing work of program personnel
  • Programmatic and Technical Artifacts: Demonstrated experience ensuring necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to effectively and successfully manage the program are created, maintained and are accurate
  • Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and mission priorities
