Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) specialiste des operations informatiques, soucieux(se) du detail et de l'analyse, pour rejoindre notre equipe a Bouznika, au Maroc. A ce titre, vous serez charge(e) d'assurer le fonctionnement harmonieux et efficace de notre infrastructure, de nos systemes et de nos services informatiques.

  • Gerer et entretenir l'infrastructure informatique, y compris les serveurs, les reseaux et les systemes de stockage.
  • Controler les performances des systemes et resoudre les problemes afin de minimiser les temps d'arret.
  • Mettre en uvre et maintenir des mesures de securite informatique pour proteger les donnees et les actifs de l'entreprise.
  • Elaborer et mettre en uvre des procedures et des documents operationnels en matiere de technologies de l'information
  • Collaborer avec des equipes interfonctionnelles afin d'optimiser la prestation de services informatiques.
  • Gerer les environnements d'informatique en nuage et veiller a l'affectation correcte des ressources
  • Mettre en uvre des solutions d'automatisation pour ameliorer l'efficacite et reduire les taches manuelles
  • participer a la planification et a l'execution de projets informatiques
  • Fournir une assistance technique et des conseils aux utilisateurs finaux, le cas echeant.
  • Restez au courant des technologies emergentes et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
Qualifications
  • Licence en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3 a 5 ans d'experience dans les operations informatiques, de preference dans un environnement d'entreprise
  • Solide connaissance de la gestion de l'infrastructure informatique et de l'administration du reseau
  • Maitrise de la surveillance des systemes, du depannage et de l'optimisation des performances
  • Experience des plateformes d'informatique en nuage telles que AWS ou Azure
  • Solide comprehension des meilleures pratiques en matiere de securite informatique et de leur mise en uvre
  • Competences en matiere d'automatisation et d'ecriture de scripts, en particulier avec PowerShell et Python
  • Connaissance du cadre ITIL et des principes de gestion des services informatiques
  • Experience des systemes et applications informatiques au niveau de l'entreprise
  • Solides competences en matiere d'analyse et de resolution de problemes
  • Excellentes capacites de communication et de travail en equipe
  • Des certifications informatiques pertinentes (par exemple, ITIL, CompTIA, CCNA) sont souhaitees.
  • Capacite a travailler dans un environnement en constante evolution et a gerer des priorites multiples.
  • Volonte de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris occasionnellement le soir et le week-end, en fonction des besoins pour la maintenance et les mises a niveau des systemes.
