IT Project Manager Location: Milwaukee, WI - Onsite Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects supporting business operations within a construction environment. This role will coordinate projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, requirements, and deliverables are met

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones. Gather and document business and technical requirements.

Coordinate with IT, operations, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders. Track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Communicate project status, progress, and potential roadblocks to leadership.

Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and technology improvements. Ensure projects remain aligned with business needs and organizational priorities. Manage vendor relationships and third-party project resources.

Support testing, implementation, training, and post-project activities. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and technology solutions.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred. 7+ years of IT project management experience. Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Strong understanding of project planning, requirements gathering, and implementation processes. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office/Teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Construction, engineering, or field operations experience is a plus.
