Role: Site IT Leader/ IT Operations Manager

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary

Scope: The Site IT Leader is responsible for end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and technology support across manufacturing sites and satellite locations. This role ensures high availability of critical systems, leads major incident response, drives operational excellence, and supports business transformation initiatives.

It is primarily an IT Infrastructure + Operations + Service Delivery leadership position with responsibility for plant/manufacturing IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery with 24x7 ownership.
  • Ensure uptime and performance of networks, servers, storage, data centers, telecom, desktops, manufacturing systems, and business applications.
  • Manage incident escalation, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
  • Lead local IT staff, contractors, and third-party vendors while ensuring adherence to corporate IT standards.
  • Oversee cybersecurity controls, compliance activities, audits, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, licensing, budgets, and enterprise platforms including Microsoft, Azure, Active Directory, mobility, and collaboration tools.
  • Partner with business and operations leaders to drive technology modernization, digital transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support conference room technologies, manufacturing/lab systems, and site-specific operational technology environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of IT infrastructure, operations, and service delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, servers, desktop support, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Experience leading teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong incident management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • ITIL and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
