We are partnering with an established organization is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise technology operations, production environments, and end-user technology services. This individual will play a key leadership role in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations while driving operational excellence across infrastructure, support, and deployment functions.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee critical technology environments, improve operational processes, and enhance the overall technology experience across the business. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical depth, operational leadership, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Infrastructure
  • Lead day-to-day IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and support functions
  • Ensure system availability, performance, security, and reliability across business-critical technologies
  • Oversee patch management, vulnerability remediation, backup and disaster recovery efforts
  • Drive operational improvements to strengthen system performance and service delivery
Production Systems & Environment Management
  • Support and maintain production technology environments and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Establish monitoring, incident response, and operational standards to ensure uptime and stability
  • Develop operational documentation and repeatable processes to support scalable technology operations

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD environments
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery, operational metrics, and end-user support
  • Experience with monitoring, system reliability, and performance optimization tools
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or deployment automation tools
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices
  • Experience in complex or highly regulated environments preferred
  • Exposure to AI-enabled technologies or automation initiatives

Location: Onsite in Denver, Colorado
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 base salary (depending on experience)
