We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our small but growing IT team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, improving systems, and helping technology work better across the business.
You will support the day-to-day technology needs of our team while also contributing to systems administration, business applications, cybersecurity practices, IT projects, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional helpdesk support and help build the systems behind a high-performing aviation business.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across hardware, software, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration platforms, primarily at the Calgary Head Office and periodically at our Edmonton office.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
  • Assistwith employee onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, device deployment, and end-user training.
  • Support and troubleshoot business-critical systems, including FL3XX, SMS Pro, and other operational platforms.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint management, access controls, and technology best practices to ensure a secure and reliable IT environment.
  • Coordinate andparticipatein IT projects, system upgrades, technology rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, software licensing records, and vendor relationships.
  • Identifyopportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency through technology solutions.
  • Monitor and respond to service requests, incidents, and technical issues while deliveringa high levelof customer service.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to enhancethe employeetechnology experience and support businessobjectives.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or a similar technology role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Experience troubleshooting user, device, network, and application issues.
  • A customer-focused mindset withstrong communicationand problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly.

Education & Certifications

  • Diplomaor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Working Conditions

This is primarily an on-site position supporting employees across office, hangar, and operational environments. The role involves hands-on technology support, workstation setup, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, and direct interaction with users throughout the organization.

Periodic travel to our Edmonton office will berequiredto provide onsite support and ensure consistent service delivery across locations.

As Air Partnersoperatesin a 24/7/365 environment, occasional supportoutside ofstandard business hours may berequiredto address critical operational issues, system outages, or time-sensitive business needs. While this position isgenerally focusedon regular business hours, flexibility to provide after-hourssupport when necessary is an important aspect of the role.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in dynamic operational settings and collaborating with employees across multiple departments and locations.
