We are looking for an experienced IT recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can operate with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate is driven by success, self-motivated, and energized by recruiting.
What You'll Do
  • Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy for complex, senior-level, or highly specialized technical searches, including engineering leadership, security, data, and AI roles, in addition to standard requisitions.
  • Builds excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership by acting as a recruiting consultant, solving problems, and providing proactive and consistent communications.
  • Builds and maintains a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool, including colleges, universities, community, and professional organizations.
  • Attends career and job fairs, both professional and college level. Participates in informal career fairs at colleges, universities, high schools, and community organizations.
  • Facilitates pre-employment screenings and coordinates with managers to schedule interviews, including guidance on structuring interview loops for technical roles.
  • Tracks and reports on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates, and uses that data to continuously improve the recruiting process.

  • 5+ years of technical/IT recruiting experience with a proven track record, including experience recruiting for senior or specialized technical roles

Physical Requirements
  • Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction
  • Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking
  • Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions

Working Environment
The duties of this position are performed in multiple settings. Some travel is mandatory with overnight hotel stays possible. There is also pressure to meet weekly deadlines. Equipment used to perform the job includes a car, cellular phone, and computer with Microsoft Office and the internet for job postings. This role has daily contact with applicants, store personnel, IT and business leadership (including Director and VP-level stakeholders), and various educational, community, and military facilities. Has access to confidential information including future employees' applications and compensation data.
