Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - IT in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects centered on Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams platform modernization and operations
* Drive migration strategies including mail flow transitions, SharePoint site consolidation, and Teams governance implementation
* Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and success criteria
* Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively
* Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables including Microsoft, Proofpoint, and ServiceNow integrations
* Coordinate with offshore and onshore support teams to balance operational and strategic workloads
* Ensure compliance with M365 security, change management, and governance requirements
* Lead post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* PMP certification or equivalent
* 7+ years of IT project management experience
* Demonstrated hands-on project experience with complex project management
* Strong proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management platforms
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications:
* Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification
* Experience in the energy, utilities, or regulated industry sector
* Familiarity with Exchange Online mail flow, SMTP relay modernization, OAuth 2.0, and DMARC/DKIM configurations
* Experience managing SharePoint migrations, governance frameworks, and information architecture
* Hands-on project delivery involving Teams governance, licensing, and meeting infrastructure
* Experience managing offshore delivery teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
