We are seeking a Business Process Owner (BPO) - Manufacturing & Supply Chain to support our team at Tarkett Sports. Reporting to VP, Operational Excellence, the BPO is the enterprise-level owner of all Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes during a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. They define, standardize, and govern end-to-end processes across plants, warehouses, procurement, planning, quality, and logistics. They act as the bridge between Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and SAP consultants to ensure the global template reflects best practices and is fully adopted.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, driving process design, testing, data readiness, change management, and post-go-live stabilization, which would require you to travel across North America. This role follows a hybrid schedule based out of the Calhoun Office or remotely Northeast of United States.

What you'll do:
1. Process Ownership & Governance
  • Own end-to-end processes across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Inventory, and Logistics.

  • Define future-state process maps aligned to SAP S/4HANA best practices.

  • Establish global standards, business rules, KPIs, and decision frameworks.

  • Drive harmonization across plants, warehouses, suppliers, and customer networks.

2. SAP S/4HANA Program Leadership
  • Act as primary decision maker for Manufacturing & Supply Chain design.

  • Partner with SAP functional consultants (PP, MM, QM, WM/EWM, IBP, etc.).

  • Validate configuration, integrations, and functional specs.

  • Push adoption of standard S/4 processes unless exceptions are justified.

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Engineering, Quality).

3. Data, Testing & Deployment
  • Define master data requirements (materials, BOMs, routings, vendors, batches).

  • Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and migration cycles.

  • Lead UAT planning, scripts, and execution.

  • Approve cutover plans (inventory freeze, production schedule transition).

  • Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.

4. Change Management & Training
  • Identify change impacts across plants and supply chain functions.

  • Provide requirements for SOPs, training materials, and visual work instructions.

  • Support communication plans and stakeholder alignment.

  • Champion adoption through plant visits and workshops.

5. Operational Excellence
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards using S/4 analytics.

  • Identify automation and standardization opportunities.

  • Align processes with Lean, Standard Work, and productivity initiatives.

  • Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis post-go-live

What you need for success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement and plant operations

  • Hands-on SAP experience (PP, MM, QM, WM/EWM), with strong preference for S/4HANA

  • Proven leadership in large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to drive process standardization and adoption across multiple sites

  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills, with the ability to design integrated, future-state processes aligned to S/4HANA best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Engineering)

  • Experience with S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield), multi-plant/global environments, MES or advanced planning tools (preferred)

  • APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications (preferred)

  • Strength in change leadership, ensuring teams adopt standard work and new processes with minimal operational disruption

  • Strong project execution discipline, including UAT leadership, data readiness oversight, and cutover preparation

  • Confident, data-driven decision-making with the ability to resolve issues quickly and guide teams through go-live and stabilization

  • Clear communication skills, capable of translating technical SAP concepts into actionable business language

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes such as approved global process designs, high-quality UAT cycles, data readiness for manufacturing and supply chain objects, and improved plant-level performance post-go-live

  • Travel 25-50% of the time - United States and Canada
