This role is central to the agency's operations and growth, owning everything from day-to-day systems health and support of employees across two offices, to security protocols and training and integration of third-party AI software platforms that help our people work smarter for our clients, including leading global brands. Key responsibilities include:

IT Operations Manage the agency's IT infrastructure across hardware, software licensing, vendor relationships, and security protocols Serve as the primary point of contact for 60-75 employees in a hybrid work environment Manage systems access for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes Maintain relationship with the agency's external IT service provider Manage the Microsoft 365 admin center, including user accounts, licenses, groups, and permissions Configure and maintain core licensed applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Adobe), as well as several third-party subscription platforms for influencer marketing, social media management, etc. Ensure data security and compliance with agency technology policies Manage the agency's IT budget and subscriptions AI Tools & Implementation Support implementation of AI tools, such asSuits.aiand OpenAI, serving as technical liaison with third-party partners and collaborating with 360's AI Task Force Develop templates and practical guides that help staff apply AI tools to their day-to-day work Stay abreast of innovation in AI, providing guidance on the implications for 360 Evaluate effectiveness of implemented tools and gather feedback to inform future technology decisions Training & Enablement Help promote a culture of curiosity and widespread adoption of technology among the agency's staff Design and lead training sessions to build staff confidence and fluency with emerging technology tools and processes Act as an ongoing resource for staff questions related to IT, as well as AI in collaboration with 360's AI Task Force Evaluate effectiveness of implemented tools and gather feedback to inform future technology decisions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 5 to 8 years of IT management experience, preferably in a professional services or agency environment Strong working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud services, and device management Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and a demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues A collaborative, service-oriented mindset A willingness to provide occasional on-call or after-hours support Why 360PR+ 360PR+ has always prioritized people, offering exciting and industry-leading benefits for employees at every stage of their careers and lives.
