We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our information technology team and oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive technological innovation, ensure system security, and support the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department

- Maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware

- Ensure the security of all IT systems and data, implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures

- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments

- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment

- Monitor and optimize IT budgets and resource allocation

- Stay current with emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred
