Interns typically work under the supervision of IT managers, assisting with tasks like project coordination, system administration, troubleshooting, and documentation. These internships provide valuable exposure to both the technical and leadership aspects of IT, helping participants develop practical skills and a better understanding of how IT departments are managed.
