We are seeking a driven, high-performing Account Executive to help accelerate our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. In this role, you will work closely with small to mid-sized businesses to understand their challenges and deliver tailored IT solutions that drive real business outcomes.


This is a consultative, field-based sales role with a strong emphasis on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new business. The ideal candidate is a proactive “hunter” who thrives in a competitive, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans

Consultative Sales Execution

  • Understand client business goals, operations, and IT priorities
  • Analyze client needs and recommend tailored technology solutions
  • Clearly communicate the value of Trust Tech’s managed services, hardware, software, and professional services
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned to client needs
  • Lead discovery sessions and guide contract negotiations

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust

Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with internal Trust Tech teams (engineering, service delivery, and leadership) to align solutions with client needs
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to support joint selling initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
  • Stay organized with follow-ups, scheduling, and activity management

Market Engagement & Awareness

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Participate in local networking events and industry activities to build brand presence

Work Environment

  • Field-based role with ~50% client-facing time
  • Participation in client meetings, partner events, and industry networking
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (technology or managed services preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong new business development and prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
