Responsibilities include
• Client facing account management functions including:
o Communicate with customers regarding product orders and requests
o Creating proposals for technology products to our existing client base
o Product ordering and procurement
o Delivery coordination and project management
o Assisting clients with telecom and internet orders and tracking
o Tracking of expiring service contracts, and notifying customers of renewal opportunities
Qualifications
