Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/Dunwoody Area)

$23.00/Hour

Temporary Assignment | Approximately 2 Months

Mid-July through Mid-September 2026

This role will be working onsite


Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment. This position will provide hands-on technical support to employees and serve as a key resource for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional seeking short-term experience or a recent Information Technology graduate looking to gain hands-on corporate IT support experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level Help Desk support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related software
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments
  • Assist with Active Directory user support and account management
  • Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to employees
  • Assist with technology-related projects and initiatives as needed
