Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives for a large government organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and cross-functional teams while following established project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple enterprise IT infrastructure and business solution projects from initiation through closure.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, communications, procurement, staffing, and change management plans.
  • Coordinate infrastructure modernization initiatives including server migrations, end-of-life remediation, and data center consolidation projects.
  • Manage Azure or AWS cloud deployments, Microsoft 365/Exchange migrations, and hybrid cloud initiatives.
  • Oversee disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
  • Lead cybersecurity and regulatory compliance projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive presentations, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Promote PMO best practices, mentor project teams, and contribute to statewide project management standards.
  • Prepare project closeout documentation and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience leading infrastructure-centric IT initiatives, including server migrations, end-of-life remediation, and data center consolidations.
  • 5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.
  • 2+ years managing Azure or AWS deployments, cloud migrations, and Microsoft 365/Exchange projects.
  • 2+ years leading Disaster Recovery projects in hybrid or cloud environments.
  • 2+ years managing IT/Cybersecurity projects with emphasis on information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working in large, complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with Broadcom Clarity EPPM.
  • Government or public sector project management experience.
