Your role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing team – someone who is passionate about planning, steering and successfully delivering complex IT projects in the area of cloud-based infrastructures and our oneclick™ platform. As the central point of contact, you will take responsibility for larger customer projects relating to our Desktop-as-a-Service solution. You can expect a varied role with modern technologies and a motivated team.

How you will support our team
  • Central coordination and responsibility for customer IT projects, e.g. lift-and-shift migrations or cloud-native implementations
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering projects in close collaboration with customers and internal departments
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
  • Analysing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions together with our specialists
  • Managing external and internal resources as well as stakeholder management
  • Building and maintaining transparent project documentation
  • Identifying optimisation potential and continuously improving processes
  • Supporting the further development of our project management standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams, e.g. sales, product management, software development and support
What you bring to the table
  • Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or equivalent qualification
  • Efficient and proactive use of AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in cloud, IT infrastructure and/or managed services
  • Sound knowledge of planning and delivering IT projects
  • Understanding of Microsoft-based environments (M365, Windows, Azure)
  • Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA)
  • Experience with project management methodologies (classic, agile or hybrid)
  • Excellent organisational skills and a structured, self-directed way of working
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an interface between customers, technical teams and internal stakeholders
  • A high degree of service orientation and solution-focused thinking
  • Fluent German (C1) and strong English (at least B2)
  • European citizenship or an unrestricted work permit for Germany
What would impress us further
  • Experience with Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), Virtual Desktop or cloud workplaces
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure design and architecture in cloud environments
  • Knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL4, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with automation, deployment processes or infrastructure projects
  • Basic technical understanding of networking, security and cloud platforms
