Job Summary:
Lewis Group of Companies is one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development firms. They are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to support and maintain communication, audio/video, and internet/intranet technologies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot communication systems including:
• Email applications and authentication flows
• Email signatures
• Desk phones, wireless phones, voicemail, and call routing rules
• Support mobile device deployment and management for iOS devices on both cellular and Wi-Fi networks
• Set up, support, and troubleshoot conference room technology and online meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams
• Support end-user A/V hardware including webcams, microphones, headsets, speakers, and conferencing equipment
• Assist with mobile conferencing equipment and background music streaming platforms across multiple locations
• Assist with domain management, DNS setup, SSL certificates, web hosting, and vendor coordination
• Support and maintain WordPress websites and intranet platforms
• Help manage integrations related to internet and intranet services
• Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 technical support requests
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees, vendors, and executives
• Ability to provide professional and effective support to end users
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Proficiency with device management platforms
• Proficiency with service desk/ticketing systems
