Job description

About EAE Group

EAE Group is a powerhouse in global technology—delivering cutting-edge energy distribution systems, cable management solutions, lighting, automation, and industrial technologies since 1973. Operating in 30+ countries and growing fast, we’re expanding our U.S. presence and building a strong, future-ready team. If you’re looking to make an impact at a global organization with a startup feel in the U.S., this is the place to do it.

Position Summary

We’re searching for a high-energy IT Support Specialist who loves solving problems, helping people, and keeping systems running like clockwork. In this role, you’ll be the go-to tech expert for our U.S. operations—supporting users, optimizing equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You’ll also collaborate closely with our talented global IT team in Turkey, gaining international exposure and expanding your technical reach.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and effective IT support to all U.S. team members.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Keep our Microsoft 365 ecosystem humming—Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more.
  • Provide basic support for FortiGate firewalls, VPN connectivity, switches/routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Own our IT inventory—tracking devices from registration to retirements and everything in between.
  • Help drive cybersecurity awareness and support policy implementation.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our global IT and InfoSec teams to maintain standardized processes.
  • Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions quickly.
  • Provide basic IT training and empower users to work smarter and safer.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and enterprise email environments.
  • Solid foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Confident with hardware installation, setup, and repairs.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude—someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and puts users first.
