Job description

Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Newark, DE

Duration: 6 Months + Possible conversion


Job Description

• Serve as primary Middle Office resource supporting all structured lending transactions entered into by the Equities financing desk.

• Coordinate communications between structuring, the trading desk, Credit Risk, and operational stakeholder groups in order to close new structured finance transactions.

• Perform loan servicing responsibilities relating to all structured equity loan products including, but not limited to, processing of advances, paydowns and calculation of interest.

• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries for the firm’s buy-side customers, including hedge funds and asset managers.

• Work with Equities Product Control teams to ensure accuracy in the desk’s P&L related to the structured financing product.
