In these roles, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements across supply chain and procurement processes, optimizing distribution networks, enhancing planning capabilities, and helping drive competitiveness in the supply of materials and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and support business objectives through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field at the time of employment.

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op, internship, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations management, manufacturing, or related fields.

  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including initiative, agility, adaptability, and influence management.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to become certified.
