Job description

Are you tired of earning the same commission as everyone else?

If you’re a proven federal business development professional with a track record of winning business and you’re ready to be rewarded accordingly, we want to talk to you.

Miami Federal is a rapidly growing tribally owned group of 8(a) federal contractors seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to help expand our portfolio across the federal government. Our focus includes Information Technology, Logistics, Mission Support, Professional Services, and related federal markets.

We want a hunter, a builder of relationships, someone who identifies opportunities early, supports capture strategies, and consistently delivers contract wins.

What Makes Us Different

Aggressive commission compensation, more than virtually any other federal contractor.

If you have the relationships, the work ethic, and the ability to produce measurable results, we believe you should be compensated accordingly. We are building a performance-driven culture where success is rewarded not capped.

If you’re serious about making serious money and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to pursue meaningful federal opportunities, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in federal business development and capture.
  • Demonstrated success winning contracts with civilian and/or Department of War agencies.
  • Strong network of federal customer and industry relationships.
  • Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition process.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Unquestioned integrity and professionalism.

Proven Results Required

We are interested in results, not resumes.

Candidates should expect us to verify their history of contract wins, customer relationships, and overall performance. If you’ve consistently delivered growth throughout your career, we’ll recognize and reward that success.

Ready to Bet on Yourself?

If you’re confident in your ability to win federal business and want to be compensated at a level that reflects your performance, we’d like to have a confidential conversation.

Exceptional performers deserve exceptional rewards. If that’s you, let’s talk.
