Are you a reliable and attentive professional looking for a security position? Trinity Oaks, a premier community campus, is seeking a part-time 2nd and 3rd Security Guard. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our residents while gaining valuable experience in security operations.
Position Summary
As a Weekend Security Guard at Trinity Oaks, you will ensure the safety and security of our campus, which includes three buildings and approximately 300 residents. Your dedication during the second and third shifts will help maintain a secure environment and provide peace of mind for our residents and teammates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough rounds of the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security.
  • Monitor doors for proper closures and ensure that exit and stairwell doors are locked according to safety procedures.
  • Lock and unlock entry doors as directed, adhering to established protocols.
  • Survey the property for potential risks such as fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and situations during your shift.
