Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Engineer to join our Information Systems and Technology team to manage general productivity tools. In this role, you will support and optimize our internal technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving IT challenges, and has a strong grasp of modern SaaS platforms, identity management, and information security.
You'll serve as the go-to expert on the team for managing core productivity tools, ensuring secure and seamless access across platforms, and supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Your work will directly impact employee experience, operational efficiency, and security posture.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical applications
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues across SaaS platforms
  • Manage user provisioning and access audits
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
  • Implement and validate cross application integrations
  • Evaluate new SaaS tools and assist with onboarding
  • Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with network and security engineers to ensure compliance

Qualifications
