Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, network equipment, servers, Audio/Video systems, telephony, and related technologies. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, network, AV, and voice systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
  • Lead and support IT projects and technology deployments
