Job description

What you'll do: The Order-to-Service (O2S) Delivery Manager leads the delivery team responsible for turning Eaton's post-order data into a customer advantage. Reporting to the Commercial & Business Transformation Leader within AI & Data Management (AIDM), this role owns the trusted, digital thread from order through fulfillment, invoice and service - enabling self-service transparency, faster decisions, and scalable, AI-powered operations. O2S is one of three delivery teams in the Commercial & Business Transformation office, alongside Market-to-Order (M2O) and Sector Delivery.

The order is the seam between M2O and O2S: this leader owns everything from the moment an order is placed through the full service lifecycle. The Delivery Manager is accountable for building and running a high-performing, forward-deployed team of data and AI engineers; delivering reusable Snowflake data products and AI capabilities; and partnering with the business to convert the O2S vision into measurable outcomes. Key Capabilities: Trusted data foundation - Harmonize priority ERP sources into reusable Snowflake data products for order header, order line, shipping/delivery and invoicing.

Customer transparency - Power customer-facing portals and internal reporting with timely, trusted order-status, shipment and invoice visibility. AI-driven operations - Apply demand and backlog forecasting, cycle-time anomaly detection, and service-copilot patterns where the data is ready. What you will need: Data product delivery & the O2S digital thread Own end-to-end delivery of trusted O2S data products spanning orders, order lines, bookings, backlog, invoicing, shipping/delivery, fulfillment, service contracts, cases and POS.

Harmonize priority ERP sources (e.g., SAP ECC / S4, Vista, GV) into reusable, well-modeled Snowflake data products. Establish the digital thread from order fulfillment invoice service so customers and internal teams can see accurate order, shipment, invoice and service information with confidence. Modernize Power BI and reporting assets; power customer-facing portals (MyEaton Elevate) and internal self-service reporting

AI-driven operations Shape and deliver the O2S AI pipeline: demand and backlog forecasting, cycle-time anomaly detection, and service-copilot patterns. Prioritize AI use cases where data is ready and grow AI coverage across the O2S value chain. Partner with the AI Architect on model/agent pattern selection, responsible-AI, evaluation, guardrails, reusable AI components and MLOps.

Team leadership & talent Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (~8): Solution Architect, Data Engineers (4), AI Engineers (2), Scrum Master and Product Owner. Build and run a forward-deployed engineering (FDE) model - engineers embedded with the business, fluent in both data and AI, shipping end-to-end from data model value. Recruit to open roles, cross-train data and AI engineers into blended FDEs, and run tiered upskilling on Snowflake, Azure and GenAI/agents.

Operating model & delivery management Run a single intake ("one front door") so business demand is logged, triaged and de-duplicated - never routed side-channel to a developer. Apply a value-over-effort (WSJF-style) prioritization model; protect the run-vs-transform balance and run quarterly capacity planning.. Engage the Data Architect and AI Architect at the intake, design and scale gates for new patterns, platforms and cross-team dependencies

Stakeholder engagement & business partnership Serve as the single point of contact for the O2S stream and partner closely with the O2S Business Relationship Manager (Will Gunn) and business stakeholders. Align the 12-18 month O2S roadmap and Profit Plan / funding with BRMs and the EPM organization. Communicate outcomes - not activity - through an O2S value scorecard and KPI dashboard.

Governance, value & reporting Baseline KPIs before build; attribute and report value realized to sustain funding. Ensure security, data privacy and responsible-AI guardrails are built into design; partner early with Data & AI Governance and MDM for a single trusted view of customer and product data. Education & Additional Information: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering or a related field.

Progressive experience delivering enterprise data, analytics or BI products, including several years leading and developing teams. This role may be based in Beachwood, OH; or Moon Township, PA Relocation is offered for this position.
