A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Product Delivery Manager

The Product Delivery Manager acts as a strategic driver of IT product initiatives while overseeing and enabling effective delivery execution. As delegated by Information Technology and Commercial leadership, this role coordinates cross-functional delivery while supporting the consistent and effective use of Agile practices. This role builds partner and client relationships, supports integration and delivery, assists with account management, and helps improve customer support. This role exists to lead cross-team collaboration to drive effective delivery and alignment with business goals. This role will spend the majority of its time facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, product synchronization meetings, and roadmap reviews; coordinating and overseeing weekly Clinical LIMS software releases to ensure successful deployment and operational continuity; and supporting the onboarding of customers utilizing EMR systems for electronic laboratory ordering by managing integration activities, stakeholder communication, and implementation readiness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, retrospectives, product syncs, and roadmap reviews.
  • Manage and prioritize lab integration requests from customer portals (Exemplar Help, Castle Connect).
  • Coordinate and oversee weekly Clinical LIMS software releases.
  • Lead Lab Integration customer engagement operations and activity tracking.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation in Confluence.

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM located in our Phoenix, AZ location.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to complete projects with minimal impact to business operations.
