Job Title: IT Project Manager - Program Manager
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time (as applicable)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager - Program Manager to lead complex IT projects and enterprise-wide programs from initiation through successful deployment. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, risk management plans, and mitigation strategies.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and performance metrics.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across business and technical units.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive-level presentations.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and resource conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project management methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including SOWs, RFPs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
